Who we are
This website is run by Cloud Guard Technologies (“we”, “us”), which makes Logixi. We are the controller of the personal information described here. Contact us at sales@logixi.co.uk or 0330 789 0903. What we collect and why
- Contact and demo requests. When you use our contact form we collect your name, work email, phone number (optional), company, what you run and your message, so we can reply and arrange a demo. Lawful basis: legitimate interests, or steps before entering into a contract.
- Emails and calls. If you email or call us, we keep the correspondence to deal with your enquiry.
- Analytics (only with your consent). If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records the pages you visit, how you arrived and approximate location and device. Lawful basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Live chat. Our chat and lead-form widget is provided by Uspacy (cloudguard.uspacy.com) for Cloud Guard Technologies. It loads after you first interact with the page. If you use it, we receive the details and messages you enter. The widget stores a browser identifier in your device’s local storage and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
- Security. Our host may set a security cookie to protect the site from automated abuse. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
Who we share it with
Our website host (20i) stores the site and enquiries. Email is handled by our mail provider. Live-chat conversations are handled by Uspacy. If you accept analytics cookies, Google processes analytics data on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact unless you become a customer. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
