# Logixi > Logixi is logistics software from Cloud Guard Technologies in Scotland. It runs transport, waste collection and warehousing in one browser-based system — from customer order to signed proof of delivery, invoice and export to Sage, Xero or your chosen accounting package. Logixi is a product of Cloud Guard Technologies (https://cloudguard.tech/), a Scottish IT company. Logixi runs customers, orders, lorries, drivers, jobs, invoices, the warehouse and the workshop in one place. Work follows one path: customer (CRM) → quote → order → job planned on the transport timeline → driver app → two-stage sign-off → invoice → export to Sage, Xero or your chosen accounting package. ## Products - [Logixi Transport Management System](https://logixi.co.uk/transport-management/): Orders and price lists, a drag-and-drop transport timeline, a driver app with proof of delivery, two-stage job sign-off and invoicing that exports to Sage, Xero or your chosen accounting package. - [Logixi Waste Collection System](https://logixi.co.uk/waste-collection/): DEFRA Digital Waste Tracking support, tips and grades, QR-coded containers, weighbridge and waste transfer notes, tip-ticket reconciliation and EWC / SEPA waste returns. - [Logixi Warehouse Management System](https://logixi.co.uk/warehouse-management/): Aisle-and-shelf locations, QR labels, a phone scanner app, a permanent movement ledger, batch traceability and stock valuation at cost. - [Logixi Workshop Management](https://logixi.co.uk/workshop-management/): Defects raised from driver walkaround checks, a fitter timeline, parts from stock, inspection due dates, VOR control and workshop invoicing to the depot. ## Logixi Transport Management System A transport management system (TMS) is software that plans, runs and bills transport work. In Logixi, that means customer orders and price lists, a drag-and-drop transport timeline for each day’s lorries, a driver app with walkaround checks and proof of delivery, two-stage job sign-off, and invoicing that exports to Sage, Xero or your chosen accounting package. Key facts: - Orders move through four stages: Pending, Accepted, Planned and Complete. - Jobs are planned by dragging accepted orders onto lorries on the transport timeline. - Only approved jobs appear on the printable run sheet. - Driver progress shows live on the board: On Way, On Site, To Tip and Driver Completed. - Every proof of delivery holds the customer’s signature, photos and GPS-stamped times. - Invoices reach Sage, Xero or your chosen accounting package in batches you confirm, so nothing is posted twice. Features: Orders, quotes & price lists; Transport timeline; Driver app; Proof of delivery; Two-stage job sign-off; Invoicing & accounts export; Fleet & subcontractors; Workshop; CRM. ## Logixi Waste Collection System A waste collection system is software that schedules collections, tracks containers and records what was carried, where it was tipped and what it weighed. Logixi does this alongside transport planning: every job records the material grade and tip site, weights come from the weighbridge or the driver, and transfer notes and waste returns are produced automatically. Key facts: - Logixi supports DEFRA Digital Waste Tracking, mandatory for receiving sites in England and Wales from 1 October 2026 and in Scotland from 1 January 2027. - Tips are accounts with their own price per grade, unit and effective date. - Every container has a QR code, a size and the waste grades it is allowed to carry. - The weighbridge works out the net weight and adds overweight charges automatically. - Waste transfer notes print straight from the weighbridge screen. - Tip tickets are matched against the tip operator’s invoice. - Waste returns report by EWC code, grade and weight, with SEPA details. Features: Tips, grades & tip prices; Containers; Weighbridge & transfer notes; Yard trade; Per-tonne & per-load charging; Contamination & wasted journeys; Tip ticket & uplift sign-off; Waste returns & SEPA reports; DEFRA Digital Waste Tracking; Contracts & repeat work. ## Logixi Warehouse Management System A warehouse management system (WMS) is software that records where stock is held and every movement in and out. Logixi tracks stock by warehouse, aisle and shelf, posts goods in, goods out, transfers and adjustments as permanent movements, values stock at cost, and checks every stock level against the movement ledger. Key facts: - Locations are an aisle and shelf such as A01 — a-01, A 01 and A01 all mean the same shelf. - Every change to stock is a permanent movement with a reason. - Stock can never go below zero. - All the lines on a form post together, or none do. - Product and shelf QR labels print straight from Logixi. - The reconciliation report checks every level matches the ledger. Features: Goods in, out, transfers & adjustments; Locations & QR labels; Scanner app; Permanent movement ledger; Batch traceability; Stock valuation; Warehouse dashboard; Warehouse reports; Ask AI. ## Logixi Workshop Management Workshop management software records vehicle faults and plans the work to fix them. In Logixi, defects come straight from drivers’ walkaround checks or the office, fitters are scheduled on a workshop timeline, parts are issued from the depot’s parts store, and finished work is invoiced to the depot that owns the vehicle. Key facts: - Every defect moves through Open, Assigned, In Progress, Complete and Invoiced. - A failed walkaround item is raised as a defect automatically, marked “Driver Check”. - Walkaround questions can take a vehicle off road (VOR) when failed. - VOR vehicles can’t be picked on the driver app without an authorisation code. - Parts leave the depot’s parts store the moment they’re added to a defect. - Labour is billed as hours × the fitter’s hourly rate, one invoice per depot. Features: Defects from walkaround checks; Vehicle defect reporting; Workshop timeline; Parts from stock; Fitters, hours & absence; Inspection due dates; Vehicle off road (VOR); Walkaround question set-up; Workshop invoicing. ## AI, reports and dashboards Logixi includes a full AI assistant for help and insights (Ask AI — answers from live data and never changes anything until a person confirms), a built-in Report Builder for your own reports, and customisable dashboards tailored to each user and role. Logixi is a product of Cloud Guard Technologies, a Scottish IT company with offices in Carluke, Glasgow and Edinburgh. Cloud Guard provides managed IT support, cloud security, cloud and infrastructure services to businesses across the UK, and builds Logixi for hauliers, waste operators and warehouses in Scotland and the rest of the UK. ### What is Logixi? Logixi is a browser-based system for running a logistics business in one place: customers, orders, lorries, drivers, jobs, invoices, the warehouse and the workshop. Work follows one path — customer, quote, order, planned job, driver app, sign-off, invoice and accounts export — so every team works from the same information. ### Can one system run haulage, waste and warehousing? Yes. Logixi runs transport planning, waste collection and weighbridge work, warehousing and the vehicle workshop on the same data. A customer order becomes jobs on the transport timeline, the driver’s proof of delivery feeds sign-off and invoicing, workshop parts come out of warehouse stock, and everything reaches Sage, Xero or your chosen accounting package without re-keying. ### What is a transport management system (TMS)? A transport management system is software that plans, runs and bills transport work. In Logixi, that means customer orders and price lists, a drag-and-drop transport timeline for each day’s lorries, a driver app with walkaround checks and proof of delivery, two-stage job sign-off, and invoicing that exports to Sage, Xero or your chosen accounting package. ### Does Logixi support Digital Waste Tracking? Yes. Logixi supports DEFRA Digital Waste Tracking, which became mandatory for waste receiving sites in England and Wales on 1 October 2026 and applies in Scotland from 1 January 2027. The grade, EWC code, weights and tip details recorded on every job sit alongside the SEPA returns Logixi already produces. ### Can I build my own reports in Logixi? Yes. Logixi has a built-in Report Builder. Pick what to list — orders, accounts, jobs, invoices, credit limits or stock movements — tick the columns, then filter, sort and export to CSV. The aggregate builder groups and totals data, for example jobs per customer. Saved reports always run on the latest information. ### Can each user have their own dashboard? Yes. Logixi dashboards are customisable and tailored to each user and role, so a planner, a warehouse manager and an accounts clerk each see the figures that matter to them. Roles also decide which menus people see, so everyone gets a focused view of the same live data. ### Does Logixi have mobile apps? Yes. Logixi has two mobile apps for iOS and Android. The driver app handles walkaround checks, jobs in order and proof of delivery with the customer’s signature, photos and GPS-stamped times. The Stock Scanner app books goods in, out and transfers by scanning QR labels. Both keep working offline and sync later. ### Does Logixi work with Sage or Xero? Yes. Logixi exports invoices and credit notes to Sage, Xero or your chosen accounting package in batches. You build the batch, import it, then confirm in Logixi what your accounting package accepted. Account references, nominal codes and tax codes are checked first, so problems are fixed before they reach your accounts. ### Can AI change data in Logixi? Only after a person confirms it. Ask AI reads information freely but never changes anything by itself. When it suggests a change, such as moving an order to next Tuesday, it shows the current and new values side by side, and nothing happens until someone with permission presses Confirm. Suggestions expire after 15 minutes. ### Is my financial data visible to Logixi’s AI? No. Ask AI can answer questions about stock, orders, customer contact details and the job schedule, but it can’t see customers’ financial details such as credit limits, payment details or balances. Ask AI also has its own permissions — ask, confirm and reject — so administrators decide who can use it and who can approve changes. ## Company and contact - Owner: Cloud Guard Technologies (trading as Cloud Guard Digital Future) — https://cloudguard.tech/ - Company website: [Cloud Guard Technologies](https://cloudguard.tech/) - Phone: 0330 789 0903 (+443307890903) - Email: sales@logixi.co.uk - Office: 24B Hamilton Street, Carluke, ML8 4HA, Scotland - Office: Clyde Offices, 2nd Floor, West George Street, Glasgow, G2 1BP, Scotland - Office: Office 587, 18 Young Street, Unit LGE, Edinburgh, EH2 4JB, Scotland ## Areas served - [Glasgow](https://logixi.co.uk/locations/glasgow/): From muck-away on the south side to distribution off the M8 and M74, Glasgow operators run mixed fleets on tight city schedules.
